Student Outcomes
The outcomes we are accountable for.
NextGen Leaders is not a course library. It is a structured transformation from senior individual contributor to operator-grade leader, measured against four specific outcomes.
Four outcomes. Eight weeks. One cohort.
- 01 — Lead with identity, not title. Move from positional authority to earned executive presence.
- 02 — Decide in ambiguity. Apply a working decision framework when the data is incomplete and the room is watching.
- 03 — Communicate with consequence. Deliver narratives that move budgets, hires, and roadmaps.
- 04 — Operate AI-native teams. Design hybrid human-AI workflows the way operators at scale already do.
Each outcome maps to a framework you keep.
Leader Identity maps to the Identity Stack from Module 1. Decision-making in ambiguity maps to the 2x2 Crisis Decision Matrix from the Crisis Leader's Toolkit. Communication maps to the Influence Narrative framework from Module 4. AI-native operating maps to the CRISP prompt framework and the leader's AI stack from Module 6.
A note from Vivian David.
I built NextGen Leaders because the gap between manager and operator is not a soft-skills gap. It is a frameworks gap. The outcomes on this page are the ones I was held to at Uber, translated into instruments you can use on Monday morning. If a cohort completes and you cannot point to a decision you made differently, we have not done our work.
Lead the future. Today.
Cohorts open quarterly. Seats are capped to preserve cohort intimacy.
