Refunds

Because all NextGen Education products are instant digital downloads, we don't offer refunds once a download link has been delivered. Every product page describes exactly what you get before you buy, and prices start at ₹99 — a real entry price you can use to decide whether the format works for your family before committing to anything bigger.

Exceptions — when we will refund you

• You didn't receive your download link. Write to us at hello@boco.ai with your order number and we'll resend it. If we somehow can't get the file to you within 24 hours, we'll refund in full.
• The PDF is corrupted or incomplete. Same email — hello@boco.ai. We'll send a fresh copy and, if the issue persists, refund in full.
• You bought the wrong product by mistake. If you haven't downloaded the file yet (we can see this), we can refund and let you re-purchase the right product. Email us within 48 hours of checkout.

What we don't refund

"My kid didn't engage with it" or "I changed my mind after reading it" — these aren't refundable cases. The product was delivered as described. We've made the entry products as small (₹99) as we honestly can so families can sample our format with very little at stake.

We're a small team. We read every email and try to do the right thing.
