All NextGen Education products are 100% digital downloads. There is no physical shipping, no postage, no waiting period.

Your download link arrives by email within 30 seconds of checkout — usually instantly. The link is permanent: it doesn't expire, and you can re-download the file anytime if you change phones or laptops.

If you don't see the email within 5 minutes:

1. Check your spam folder.
2. If it's not there either, write to us at hello@boco.ai with your order number — we'll send the file manually.

We don't ship physical goods. Ever. That's the format we've chosen and we don't have plans to change it.
