Terms of Service

NextGen Education is a Boring Commerce LLP venture, registered in India. By purchasing or downloading any NextGen Education product, you agree to these simple terms.

What you can do

• Use any NextGen product with one child (the "student" your purchase covers).
• Print the PDFs at home as many times as you want.
• Re-read the materials across years as your kid grows into them.

What you can't do

• Resell our PDFs in any form.
• Distribute them as "free downloads" on your website, your school's portal, or in a WhatsApp group.
• Translate, white-label, or republish the content as your own.
• Use the materials to run a paid workshop or training program without first writing to us.

Per-student licensing

Each purchase covers one child. If you have multiple kids in the same age band, please buy a license per child — or grab a Family Bundle for the discounted multi-pack price. We don't lock our PDFs with DRM; the per-student model is honor-based.

Our liability

NextGen products are guides, not professional advice. We're not responsible for what unfolds at your dinner table when you and your kid actually have the conversation. We're confident the content is calm and well-considered. The parenting itself is yours.

Changes

We may update product content, prices, or these terms at any time. The version of the PDF you downloaded is yours to keep regardless.

Disputes

Any dispute will be governed by Indian law and resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, India.
